Aap ki satisfaction hamari priority hai. Agar aap kisi product se satisfied nahi hain, hum aap ki madad ke liye hazir hain.

Return Window:
Delivery ke 7 din ke andar aap return request kar sakte hain.

Return Conditions:
- Product original packaging mein ho
- Product used na ho aur physically damaged na ho
- Sath mein invoice/order confirmation zaroori hai
- Warranty seal tooti hui na ho

Non-Returnable Items:
- Earphones/earbuds (hygiene reasons)
- Used ya damaged products
- Custom orders

Refund Process:
1. Return request WhatsApp ya email pe bhejein
2. Approval ke baad product hamein courier karein
3. Product inspection ke baad 3-5 working days mein refund process hoga
4. Refund original payment method ya bank transfer se hoga

Defective/Wrong Product:
Agar product defective ya galat mila hai to hum poora refund ya replacement denge, shipping charges bhi hum bear karenge. Delivery ke 24 hours mein report karein.
